Did you know that many diseases, if found early can be treated to some extent?

There have been many cases where people could have been treated but were not. The unavailability of proper education led to their early demise. Think about it. Isn't this a terrifying prospect?

What about Diabetes?
Everyone knows that a cure has not yet been found. But treated early, it can be managed. The age of it's onset is youth. But in most cases, diabetes goes undiagnosed and hence untreated.

But how can it be managed in places like school or offices?
Well, there is something called Glucagon. It is a life saving, injectable hormone that raises blood sugar levels by stimulating the liver. Te best part is that it cannot be overdosed.

SO WHAT CAN YOU DO?
If you suspect someone has diabetes, act fast. Take him/her to a doctor. If diagnosed early, there still may be a change to act before it's too late.
